Your workout is a set of repeating rounds of action and recovery periods, it can be as long as you want. TimeWheel is designed for high-intensity interval trainings with short (up to one minute) but intensive intervals. If you need Tabata training just set the Work wheel to 20, Break wheel to 10, Number of Rounds to 8, and you are all set!
